Viewing Tasks by Context (Mobile)

If You Are Using Add-On Software

If you are using add-on software for your Palm, try to create custom context views. Select those lists each time you need to see tasks for a context.

If You Are Using the Built-In Task List

If you are using the built-in Palm Task list, or if you can’t save a custom view, you’ll need to select the context view each time:

  • Tasks by Priority (choose the Category option at top right).
  • The Priority 1 tasks are your Do Today tasks in that context. The lowest Priority tasks are your Someday/Maybe tasks for that context.

Your Do Today tasks now appear at the top of your list (Priority 1), also sorted by Due Date (soft date). Someday/Maybe tasks appear at the bottom (lowest priority).
