Viewing Tasks by Context (Mobile)

Use mobile options that match your desktop TRO approach. You will sync your tasks, so you must use the same fields and methods in both places.

Mobile task lists have different types of context views. Typical options include:

Select a tag or category from a drop-down list, and the app shows you just the tasks for that category. This is usually a filtering option.
The app shows you all your tasks, but grouped by context. You may be able to expand or collapse the groups to focus on the context you care about. (This is unusual on mobile devices because it is slower.)
You can create custom, saved filters that show you tasks for a context. (Rare, and often difficult on a handheld.)

You may need to set up context views before you can use them.

Experiment with your handheld until you know how to create or see your context lists.
