Viewing Tasks by Context (Mobile)

In the Tasks list, tap the sort button (up/down arrows), then tap Sort by Category. You will see all your tasks grouped by context. This is your view for your contexts. Tap the arrows at the left edge to collapse or expand any context.

Note: You only see tasks in this order after processing them (explained in the Processing lessons).

Pocket Informant for iPhone/iPad/iTouch

Use the All Active list and sort using the Group feature to see all of your TRO lists. Tap the Tasks icon, then All Active.

For your context views, tap the Group icon (three horizontal lines at top right). Underneath it on the white line, FIRST tap Dates, THEN tap Tag. This shows you tasks in smart date order within each context.
