What Processed Means

To count as processed in Nozbe, tasks need (at least)

1. a major context:
   • (Home)
   • (Work)
   • (Volunteer)
   • etc.
2. and a soft date:
   • This Week
   • Next Week
   • This Month
   • Next Month
   • Someday/Maybe

You may also wish to assign some of the following contexts:

• 1-1 contexts or automatic delegation tracking,
• meeting contexts,
• action contexts,
• task notes, and
• a few next steps (if it is a project).

Nozbe will help you know when tasks are processed. In the Inbox view, unprocessed tasks do not have a date identifier, a star, and/or an icon.
