What Processed Means

To count as processed in Assembla, tasks need (at least)

  1. a major context.
    • (Home)
    • (Work)
    • (Church)
    • etc.
  2. and a soft date
    • Soft Date field is populated.

You may also wish to assign some of the following contexts:

  • 1-1 contexts or automatic delegation tracking,
  • meeting contexts,
  • action contexts,
  • task notes, and
  • a few next steps (if it is a project).

Assembla Tickets will help you know when tasks are processed. All unprocessed tasks are listed when the Unprocessed List saved filter is viewed.
