What the Task Manager Fields Mean

In Nozbe, use the following fields and methods to handle TRO features:

• Due Date is the hard date.
• Star means Do This Today.
• “Context” field is used for major contexts (life areas) and different TRO views.
• Contexts are used for meeting contexts, 1-1 contexts, and action contexts.
• Projects are used for big projects.
• Small projects and next steps are entered in the task Subject.

Project Name – Next step.

• Soft Dates are entered in the subject line (in parenthesis) after the project name or next step.
• Future next steps are entered as Comments.
  • Click the Task item.

• To Edit future next step/s:
  • Click the Task item.
  • Click

  • Edit contents.
  • Click Save.
• To Delete future next step/s:
  • Click the Task item.
