Todoist’s master context list shows an organized list of all user defined contexts (used or unused) at the left of the screen.

To Add a Context:

  • Click Labels (left pane).
  • Click (left pane).
  • Input context name in the field.
    • For major contexts, action contexts, and meeting contexts: click , then select the appropriate color (pop up).
  • Click .

To Arrange Contexts:

  • Hover on context.
  • Click and hold (left of context), then drag up or down.
