If you have not already done so, take time now to create your Master Category List. These are the contexts you choose from when you process your tasks:

  1. Open any task.
  2. Click the Categories button.
  3. Click Master Category List.
  4. Delete all categories you aren’t currently using as contexts (but leave categories you need for your Outlook Contacts, if any).
  5. Add TRO contexts, including all of the following:
    • Major contexts.
    • Meeting contexts
    • 1-1 contexts.
    • Action contexts.
  6. Click OK twice to save.

From now on you can just click the Categories button and select contexts from the list.
