In Touchdown and DejaOffice, your Unprocessed Tasks list is the list of all tasks without a category.
To see your uncategorized tasks:
Nitrodesk Touchdown
- Go to Tasks
- Tap Menu
- Choose Sort
- Sort by Category (Ascending)
- Apply the changes
Uncategorized tasks will appear at the top, highlighted in light green.
DejaOffice (Desktop Sync using CompanionLink)
- Go to Tasks
- Touch the screen and hold for two seconds
- From the menu, select Group By, Category
Uncategorized tasks now appear at the top in a grey color.
