Your Unprocessed Tasks List (Mobile)

To see your Unprocessed Tasks list:

  1. In the Tasks list, tap the Filter icon (question mark at the bottom).
  2. UNcheck Show All Categories, and check Unassigned, below. Make sure no other categories are checked.
  3. Tap Done.
  4. tap the Sort icon (up/down arrows at the bottom).
  5. Tap Sort By Last Modified.

You are now looking at your mobile Unprocessed tasks list.

Pocket Informant for iPhone/iPad/iTouch

In your All Active list, tap the Group icon (three horizontal lines at top right), then tap Tag. Scroll to the bottom and find the None category (no context assigned). This is your mobile Unprocessed Tasks list.
