Your Weekly Review List (Mobile)

If Your App Does NOT Let You See Saved Searches

All the “Contexts” lists, collectively, are your mobile weekly review list. Use your iPhone app, or go to the Toodledo slim site at www.toodledo.com/slim. Choose the “Contexts” option at the Top menu. Unfortunately, the slim version does not support sorting by Start Date, so you will need to skim the entire list, skipping tasks with Due Dates.

If Your App DOES Let You See Saved Searches

The Weekly Review saved search is your official Weekly Review list. Select it for your mobile weekly reviews.

The sort order can change when you view tasks in other lists, so check the sort options frequently. For a Weekly Review list on the iPhone app:

  • Click Sort > near the upper right corner to open the Sort options.
  • Sort by: Start Date Forwards and then by Auto Forwards and then by Auto Forwards.
  • Click the small Sort button after the seach options (if you can see it).
  • Click Sort > near the upper right corner to close the Sort options (if you can see this option).
