About Notes

When a task is open in Trog Bar, the large blank space at the bottom is your notes field. In the Trog Bar scratchpad, after you type the task/project title, you may press Enter and type your notes. Everything after the Enter goes into the Outlook Notes field.

Removing Tasks from Unprocessed List

Tasks leave the list automatically. Tasks leave the Unprocessed Tasks Smart List automatically when you set any tag AND either a soft date (Priority), Someday/Maybe (sm tag), or templates tag.

Removing Tasks from Unprocessed List

Change Status to Active. When you finish processing a task, set its status to Active. This removes it from the Unprocessed list. Other possible values are S/M (for Someday/Maybe tasks) and Templates.
