You make a Template project by writing the project and steps behind the Projects tab at the back of your planner, then write (Template) after the name. Don’t cross it off when you use it—copy it instead.

The Templates list lets you quickly browse all Templates you created. Templates must not appear in any other lists. They should stay out of your way until needed.

In ToDoList, set the Status = Templates and the task becomes a template. Templates are hidden from your normal lists.

When you flag a task as a template, you save it to use over and over. It stays on the Templates list where you can easily copy it when you need it.
