When a task is open in Trog Bar, the large blank space at the bottom is your notes field. In the Trog Bar scratchpad, after you type the task/project title, you may press Enter and type your notes. Everything after the Enter goes into the Outlook Notes field.

In Outlook, with the task record open, enter your notes in the large blank space at the bottom.

Tasks leave the list automatically. You created an Unprocessed Tasks view that manages the tasks. Tasks leave the list when they are fully processed.

Tasks leave the list automatically. You created an Unprocessed Tasks view that manages the tasks. They disappear from the list when they have a major context and soft date.
