To see the Someday Maybe list in Trog Bar, click the large task selector button in the middle of the Bar (just above the search field) and select Someday/Maybe.

After you set up your Someday/Maybe view, it will appear in your list of custom views. Click that list name to see the Someday/Maybe tasks.
