The Blackberry built-in task list does not sync with many desktop task lists. Consider a task list with a mobile web portal, like Toodledo, Remember the Milk, or Nozbe. See our recommended tool combination list for options.

To use Toodledo on a Blackberry, we recommend the TaskJot Pro application (www.taskjot.com). You can also access your Toodledo tasks at www.toodledo.com/slim. This requires an active cellular data connection.

You can access your Remember the Milk tasks at m.rememberthemilk.com. You will need an active cellular data connection. RTM’s MilkSync service for Blackberry is not TRO-capable because it does not sync tags.
