To collect tasks in Things: Click (left pane). Click (bottom). Enter task in the New To-Do field. Press Return

Specifically, to be counted as processed, tasks need (at least): a major context, and a soft date or Someday/Maybe. It should also include (as needed): 1-1 contexts or automatic delegation tracking, meeting contexts, action contexts, task notes, and a few next steps...

Marking a task as complete in Things is done simply by clicking (left of task title). Completed tasks are automatically archived by Things and removed from the active list.

Here are the steps for your weekly review: Click (left pane), then tag anything that you intend to do with THIS WEEK tag. processed tasks will appear here If a Hard Date is needed (the item is heating up), give it a hard date (When/Deadline) as well. Change NEXT WEEK...
