In ToDoList, access your Do Today list using the filter bar (top of ToDoList window). Change the view to Show: Tasks Due by Today. (Make sure that you show all tasks by setting the other filters to <any>.)

In ToDoList, set the Due Date to today and Status to Active to move a task to the Do Today list. Tasks also move to the Do Today list automatically when the Due Date arrives.
