In ToDoList, view tasks in a 1-1 context by choosing Incomplete Tasks, Active, and the Category in the filter bar (above your task list). For example, select Incomplete Tasks, Active, then 1Bob, and you have a list of all tasks to discuss with Bob.

In ToDoList, TRO meeting agendas are just context views for Categories that start with “@”, like: @Staff, @AllHands, @Managers, @PEC.
