Set Up Context Views

In ToDoList, context views are automatically available. All you need to do is set up your master contexts list.

Viewing Tasks by Context

In ToDoList, view tasks in any context by choosing Incomplete Tasks, Active, and the Category in the filter bar (above your task list). For example, select Incomplete Tasks, Active, then Calls, and you have a list of all your calls.

Action Contexts

In ToDoList, action contexts are Categories with no special starting character, like: Calls, Grocery, Bookstore.

1-1 Contexts

In ToDoList, 1-1 contexts are Categories that start with “1”, so they stand out as a group near the middle of your master contexts list. Use short, simple names that make sense to you, like: 1John, 1Sue Smith, 1AmyS, 1AmyW..

Meeting Contexts

In ToDoList, meeting contexts are Categories that start with “@”, like: @Staff, @AllHands, @Managers, @PEC. This makes them stand out as a group near the top of your Categories list. Use short names.
