Collecting is a fast process (5-10 seconds). Make sure you can quickly collect tasks into your mobile task list, and make sure that it is simply an extension of your main task list—NOT a new collection point.

Some mobile devices and apps make collecting easy, but some require you to be careful how you add tasks. Practice collecting on your mobile and make sure tasks are added without contexts unless you assign them on purpose.

To collect tasks on the road, just write them on your task printouts. Put this in your Inbox when you return to teh office, for later processing.
