“Processed” means you have: 1) decided the next step, 2) decided (roughly) when you will do it, AND 3) put it in its home.

Processed tasks show up properly in your lists, poised and ready for action at the right time. Until then, they are out of your way. Until they are fully processed, tasks appear in your Unprocessed Tasks list.
