In Astrid, TRO meeting contexts usually start with a minus sign, like: -Staff, -Allhands, -Managers, -GroupMeeting. This makes them stand out as a group in your Lists view (left side of the screen). Use short names.

In Astrid, 1-1 contexts are Lists that start with “1”, so they stand out as a group near the middle of your master contexts list. Use short, simple, names that makes sense to you, like: 1John, 1Sue Smith, 1AmyZ.

In Astrid, action contexts are Lists with no starting special character, like Calls, Errands, or Store.

In Astrid, view your recently-changed tasks. Click My Tasks (left of screen). Set Filter to Everything. Set Sort by to Last modified.
