In Remember the Milk, after you set up all your context views, view tasks in a 1-1 context by clicking that tab in the main tab list.

In ToDoList, view tasks in a 1-1 context by choosing Incomplete Tasks, Active, and the Category in the filter bar (above your task list). For example, select Incomplete Tasks, Active, then 1Bob, and you have a list of all tasks to discuss with Bob.

To see all tasks for a 1-1 context using a TRO planner, scan your daily tasks (on today’s planner page) for the 1-1 context you want (for “Must Do” items), then look in the back behind the tab for that 1-1 context (for “May Do” items)....

In Toodledo, TRO meeting agendas are tag views for tags that start with “+”, like: +Staff, +AllHands, +Managers, +PEC.
