You selected Todoist, an online app with desktop, Android, and mobile versions that is fully TRO capable. It is suitable for a single user. but its collaboration features are not very easy to use or effective, so it is not recommended for group collaboration.

To mark a project/task as a template, set the Category to Templates, and it is removed from you lists until you need it. Too see your templates, look in your Templates list.
