Collecting is a fast process (5-10 seconds). Make sure you can quickly collect tasks into your mobile task list, and make sure that it is simply an extension of your main task list—NOT a new collection point.

Some mobile devices and apps make collecting easy, but some require you to be careful how you add tasks. Practice collecting on your mobile and make sure tasks are added without contexts unless you assign them on purpose.
