To collect tasks in Omnifocus: Option 1: Click (top menu). Enter task name in the untitled item field. Press Return. Option 2: Click (top menu). Enter task name in the untitled item field (pop-up). Click Save (pop-up).

In Omnifocus, (tag) is the unprocessed list. To view the unprocessed list: Click (left pane). Click Untagged.
