In ToDoList, use the Comments field (to the right) for your notes.

Removing Tasks from Unprocessed List

Change Status to Active. When you finish processing a task, set its status to Active. This removes it from the Unprocessed list. Other possible values are S/M (for Someday/Maybe tasks) and Templates.
