In many task managers, copying is as easy as right-clicking (Ctrl-clicking on a Mac) and selecting Copy from the context menu, then pasting into the folder or list where it belongs. Check with your software publisher for instructions.

In Outlook, right click the task when you see it in a list, and select Copy (or click the edge of the task and type Ctrl+C). Then right click and select Paste (or hit Ctrl+V) as many times as you need copies.

In Trog Bar, click the task were you see it in its list. Right click it and select Copy Task (or hit Ctrl+C). Then right click and select Paste (or hit Ctrl+V) as many times as you need copies.
