In Todoist, use the hard date (Schedule date) like a reminder for must-do tasks, because you will see those tasks in your daily review.

You can turn emails into tasks by forwarding them to Todoist. This also works for collecting brand new tasks. This means that anywhere you have email access, you can collect, triage, or process.

Todoist supports task list printing (web version only). To do this: Open the list you’d like to print (DO Today list, Hotlist, etc). Click (upper right), then select Print.
