Meeting contexts are Categories that start with “+”, so they stand out as a group near the top of your master contexts list. Use short, simple names, like: +Staff, +AllHands, +Managers, +PEC.

1-1 Contexts

1-1 contexts are Categories that start with “1”, so they stand out as a group near the middle of your master contexts list. Use short, simple names that make sense to you, like: 1John, 1Sue Smith, 1AmyS, 1AmyW.

Action Contexts

Action contexts are Categories with no special starting character, so they stand out as a group at the bottom of your master contexts list. Use short, simple names, like: Calls, Grocery, Bookstore.
