Multiple Contexts

Assign your task to multiple groups at the same time, so you see your task at the right times and in the right situations.

Multiple Contexts

To be TRO-capable, a task list needs to support multiple context types per task at the same time. This lets you see your task in multiple lists at once, including life areas (like Work), meetings, specific people, and location/action contexts (like Errands).

Multiple Contexts

TRO-capable task lists let you track contexts in two ways. Either or both of these methods may be used in a task list: A multiple-selection category, context, or tag field (lets you select many values at once for the same task), and/or Separate context, tag, folder,...

Contexts

Contexts group similar tasks (or next steps) which can be completed together. This makes you more efficient (and less stressed) because you accomplish more and shift your attention less. See types of contexts and context views.

Contexts

Depending on your task manager, your contexts may be categories, tags, named folders, named lists, or even a Contexts field. Some of these allow multiple values per task, and some allow only one.
